What do you like best about D·engage?

We are now using the whats app feature set and it's been a huge value add. Actually , this feature was not just a marketing addition for us, we have a service based solely on this feature set. Basically Dengage is not just helping us with our marketing efforts, they are helping us, reshape our business as well. Now that's what I call a strategic business partner. What do you dislike about D·engage?

Dengage is a pool of very valuable features. The more I learn about the tool the more I can transform my offerings. Maybe they can educate us better about these features. It's not a ux thing I'm suggesting, it's a "you can do much more with Dengage" kind of sessions... To create much bigger win-wins ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
